I HAVE TO AGREE WITH U 100%!!! WITHOUT MFP BUDDIES I WOULD NOT HAVE ALREADY LOST 8 LBS AND JOINED A GYM...I AM 35 AND HAVE NEVER EVER A MEMBERSHIP AT A GYM...THIER SUPPORT PUSHED ME THERE!! & I LOVE IT!! I AM ADDICTED TO THIS WEBSITE..GOOD THINGS WE ARE ALREADY BUDDIES AND I APPRECIATE U ALSO :)

cardio is what i am looking for so i think i will go check them out. i have enjoyed taking walks outdoors but it is going to get cold soon so i want to be able to still walk and add some elliptical and cycling also..i think i will try them out :)

& as of this past tues 10/16 I am done 7 lbs!!! yaaaay!! that is in 3 wks on MFP :)

They have improved alot here at the locations in Dallas. I love them and they have wayyyyyyy more healthy foods than before that taste really great and are really cheap :)

I have only been at this 2 wks but at about 56 oz a day only..that is 7 of the 8 that is recommended daily..it is hard because it makes me full..

SW: 227.5 on 9/25 10/2 223 10/9 222 10/16 ??..Tomorrow we shall see. So far down 5.5 lbs!! Yaaay!!

Week one down 4.5 lbs (1st wk on MFP) 10/2 Week two down 1.0 lbs for a total=5.5 lbs 10/9 .5 to go..THINK I can do it?? :wink:

Yaaay..I am in the group and just got back on track this past Tues weighing in at 227.5 :( My weigh days are on Tuesday Mornings. SW: 225.7 Oct GW: 219.0 So that would be 6.7 lbs lost this month!! Let's go...This has me motivated :)
