I am so glad this worked for you. I have a really hard time staying on track and Friday's I tend to go crazy and sometimes it carries into Sat & Sun which I know is hindering my progress. I has almost this whole year.

My whole reason for changing it to Monday's are so that I do not just say F it, it's the weekend.

I have also decided to change my weigh in days from Fri to Mon so that way I can hold myself more accountable over the weekends knowing that I weigh in on Monday morning! ;)

Easier said that done. It's very hard but I am asking myself now what is more important so yes..I need to surely do something asap.

Currently at 1400 myself and trying to stick to that for a while to see how that helps. I will not be eating back exercise calories though.

On Friday's are normally when I have a cheat meal and sometimes it gets so outta hand that I don't log it at all. But yes I normally log on Friday-Sunday

Basically, I am NOT losing at all. So my whole point was that I am needing to find a balance. I am scared to eat more during the week and then I feel as if I won't be able to splurge more on the weekends or have a cheat meal. I really just need to learn that if is not in my calorie range, I can not have it. Period..but…

Thanks! I just have to learn that if I don't have the calories for it then that means no but I also need to find a good calorie balance for myself where I am not to deprived but also not too high where I don't lose weight

Thanks for your reply. I've been on here for almost 2 yrs but just wondering if what Mfp suggests works for some. I only log my workouts that are in the gym or at when I do workouts at home..Nothing else.

I have a sit down desk job but I workout 4-5 times a week for about 30 min..Nothing hardcore. Am I sedentary or lightly active based on Mfp's calculations? I I choose Sedentary, I eat back exercise calories right?...& Not lightly active correct? I'm confused!

When you all say eat between your BMR and TDEE..Do you mean between your BMR and your TDEE-20% because your TDEE is what you eat at to maintain your weght...Correct?

Yes, I am aware of that as I have done tdee in the past for a few wks and got scared and stopped it. You are like most I know..loose a good bit doing something else and then start the tdee method. with the amount i have to lose, i am really scared to eat so much daily..i would kinda rather loose a good bit more faster then…
