My collar bones became visible (see ticker :happy: ) ....wedding rings keep sliding around, workout pants won't stay up during Insanity, too much room in my bras. All great things though! :happy:

:smile: I think you're doing fine. You'll definitely see a difference when you start Insanity. It not only incorporates cardio but strength training as well ...it's tough but stick with it and you'll see amazing results. I'm half way through week 4. You can do it.

Yeah, it works wonders. I did the famous Atkins Diet and lost a great deal of weight. Cutting out carbs def helps in dropping pounds. It's actually not that difficult to do but your fat intake does become higher....so not sure how healthy I'd consider that either. One way I noticed when I hit the ketosis stage was bad…

I'm a morning person, so it's not that bad for me. Every morning my morning exercise consists of my mini stepper...I'm addicted to it. I bought it at Walmart. It's made by Gold's Gym. I do it while I get ready in front of the mirror while putting on my makeup and blow drying/curling my hair, etc. I can burn over 100…

I turn my HRM off after I'm done w/ my cool down/stretching. If I'm wearing it during heavy cleaning, I turn it off as soon as I finish. Just depends on what I'm doing. Don't feel silly, not a dumb question to ask. We're all here for support. :wink:

I was going to say the same thing about trying to get him to exercise with you. Don't give in to his insecurities. :wink: Eventually he'll see how much you're doing all of it for yourself and your health without neglecting him. Then maybe it will give him inspiration to start with you. :happy:

Yes, I am still doing it. I have been for almost a month now but I had to take about a week off due to getting a really bad sinus infection/cold. Took pics. Huge difference. If I knew how to put pics in here I'd show you how it got rid of my back fat. :smile:

Terrie, you are a great mother and wife .....who works her toosh off for her family!! Don't worry about what others say. I agree, whoever made that comment must be jealous they can't get that much exercise done in one day. Shoot, I envy you for that. My mom was a SAHM and now babysits my son.....there isn't a harder job…

Not me, that's for sure! A lot of people think you have to lose weight so super slow to keep it off though and to me that's just false. It's all about lifestyle change. That's where people fail. When they lose the weight they don't stick to working out and watching what they eat.
