I have been "skinney fat" for awhile, but in the month since I quit my job to be a sahm, I put on six lbs and NOTHING fit. My stomach looks terrible, and I'm back up to the weight I was when I got pregnant with my oldest. Its just too high for me.

I've been just Just Dance 2 for about 2 weeks now. I don't have a scale (I have weighed myself twice at the dr's office now), but I feel better since I started doing it! That being said, I still want the balance board!! I just can't afford it yet.

Yup, and long term effects of artificial sweeteners can't be good for you. Get a really good water filter, add lemon or lime to it, and you will thank yourself. I used to be addicted to diet soda, but I gave it up 7+ years ago. I only drink water. I have 1 soda and I feel like crud again.

I was just going to ask this! I don't have the funds for a HRM yet (maybe for my birthday, lol), and have been doing JD3 for a little over a week, doing the Just Sweat option. Most days I do 2000 points or more. I have been putting it under general dancing as well. Looks like I'll keep doing that.
