Well, sounds like you're eating 1800 Cals a day? Give itnsome more time,.maybe add some more calories in, and see. What happens. I know that I lost when breastfeeding and eating 2000+, but it really depends on what you're eating and doing. Remember,.it took longer than a month to put it on, it's going to take.longer than a…

From what I've read, being gluten free is an all or nothing thing. If you try it, and get pain relief - then gluten is probably a trigger food for your body and should therefore be avoided. I'm not a diagnosed Celiac, but the GI I saw after I went gluten free said she was pretty sure I have it. My doctor refused to test me…

I eat a small breakfast everyday. If I don't, I start to feel weak and shaky. But its a healthy breakfast. Not cereal or pancakes or waffles - not JUNK. No sugar laden, nastiness here. No pop tarts or toaster strudels (or that other crap my Mom used to buy us). Its usually greek yogurt. Maybe with some fruit. And a cup of…

I'm an undiagnosed celiac - or gluten sensitivity if you want. I had a ton of symptoms, and the GI I saw (a year after my diagnosis) agreed that I probably have it. Like over 90% sure. At any rate... Stick to whole foods: meats, veggies, fruits, oils. Thats your safest bet right now. Be careful of some meats (particularly…

Fabulous work!! Be proud!

I lost initially, but once I started to add in the gluten free exchanges (bread, etc), I gained. Everything I lost, I gained. Plus some! Now, if I can manage to stay away from all that starchy stuff, I'll lose. But... I LOVE crackers. Crunchmaster GF crackers are so yummy, and I just can't stop myself! I've been better…

Well, today's my last day on Level 1! Monday starts level 2, and so far so good! It really kicks your butt, but in a good way. I'm sore for sure, but I have noticed I really need to get some more protein during the day. I have trouble with the side lunges still (just like I did in the 30DS), so I'll be glad if they aren't…

Wow! Great job!

I know some people that like them. I don't care for the myself, and will send something back if it comes out with them on. Mostly because, if they're on my pizza, I feel like my pizza is looking at me. I can't help it, I'm weird, lol ;)

Before bed last night, my whole family got up and danced together to burn off some extra energy. Even the husband. It was a lot of fun. Oh, and I got my pants on this morning without having to lay down on the bed to button them. They're my tightest pair, grabbed them by accident. Still got a muffin top, but I got them on!…

I drink 9 cups of water per day usually. I don't care if it helps me lose weight, I drink because I'm thirsty. Soda, coffee, tea, they don't quench my thirst - they just make me want to drink MORE. And if I'm drinking nothing but soda, and I want more to drink, that's a TON of extra calories. For no reason. So, in essence,…

Yes, anxiety that is mainly brought on by stress and also social anxiety disorder. I typically do OK, but I have ativan for when it gets REALLY bad. Its been OK for quite awhile now, but I have a serious problem getting myself to go to things like parties, or places where I don't know anyone. I've tried a few different…

Good post, I have troube too because I'm gluten free and have trouble digesting some fruits and vegetables. I have started using higher fiber gf flours, and coconut flour. And eating prunes :).

Yes, I was drastically underestimating what I was eating. Having a scale has helped a lot.

Amazing work! You look great!

Wow! Fabulous job!!

Yes, all of the above! Take pictures, once a week or every other week, and you'll see the difference. When you see yourself everyday its hard to see.

Wow, you look great! Amazing job!

You have to push through it, it does get better, while you're sore it is better to get up and do it. You will regret not doing it! After the third day you'll start to feel better.

Thank you!!!! Seeing posts like.this help me stay motivated. I'm a lot like you, 5'2", 140lbs, and a stay at home Mom. Just started the shred last month (ok, for the fifth or so time BUT I'm finishing it this time!) I have another week to go on it. You look great!!

She gets Nutro Grain Free, and likes any flavor (but her favorite is the venison one). Since my oldest is severely allergic to dairy, and the both of us are gluten intolerant, I decided that she should be grain free too. Once I did research about what she should be eating, I knew it was a good choice. She's never sick, her…

While McDs isn't exactly nutrient devoid, it's not the best calorie bang for your calorie buck, get my drift? Yes, you're probably really hungry because your body needs REAL fuel. Eat today, start again tomorrow. If you start denying yourself fuel (food) you're not going to make it very long. So eat something good that's…

LOVE the Rudi's tortillas too! They're pretty good, but I can't justify the cost. I use tortillas for most of my sandwich stuff. What I want is a good, easy tortilla recipe I can make myself.

5 - 6 days a week.

I've been working out 40-60 min a day in my living room. We've also been sick, making it impossible to get out of the house. I have an intense fear of ice from a fall I had 5 years ago, which makes me basically a hermit in the winter. I'm really looking forward to spring, lol.

You've gotten a lot of good advice. Make sure you're eating enough. It took a month before I saw a real change. I log all my food, and try to stay close to what MFP tells me I should be getting calorie wise. I eat back my exercise calories as well. Change does not happen overnight.

Like everyone said, it can be good for you - if you get the right kind. I use it, I use it to make popcorn, replace butter in recipes, and oil in others. I use it on my skin. I use it on my hair to help it stay shiny and healthy. Fat is not inherently bad for you, but like everything - too much of a good thing can be bad.
