i finally got it, i got my fitbit up and running and on a really bad day to. So it made my day a little better. im a bit confused on how to make sure everything does not get double counted between her and fitbit. :smile:

not tried it yet, but it should be at my door tomorrow. from some people who have it i hear its a great way to see how much movement you actually do (accountability) and help you stay motivated. bet your best number of steps. Im sure ill post about it after i have tried it out.

loved running, but i jacked my knee up, love lifting, hate walking on the treadmill or eliptical, boring. I have done some HIIT and it keeps me going.

What about incoorperating bodyweight? heard of Mark Lauren "Your are Your Own Gym"? I have been doing 30ds for 8 days now and I have problems with the jumping jacks because of my knees. I'm going to try pump!

I am 5'1 & 3/4 and currently weight 256 I have had a hard time finding people my height and around my weight who lost it as well maybe we will be the ones to do it!

so i just finished day 5 and i still cannot do a full 30 seconds of jumping jacks cause of my knees they hurt really bad and sound like rice crispies.. but im doing better with everything else on day 5 than i was on day one. Great job, you look fantastic, how did you sprees out the levels. I started day one level one today and thought I would do it for 30 days then, do level 2 for 30 days, etc. I am sore just on the first day, cosidering my weight and knee issues I did pretty good....God luck on your next half of your journey!

I always hated the saying "do as I say, not as I do." I hear people tell there kids this all the time...your story is proof that the physical examples we set for ourselves in front of our children can matter more that what we say. Great job for setting a good example for your kids!
