I lost my first 10lbs in a month. I am 5'11" and weighed 191 at my starting point. I went to the gym 6 days a week and did a mix of cardio & weights.

I finished the program last night! Need to work on my speed, but the fact that I can run 35 minutes and not stop is AMAZING to me!

Week 8, Day 1 complete. I feel like doing a little victory dance. I normally stick to this outdoor track because I'm so self conscience. I went around the track once, then broke away. best feeling ever that i actually did it!

Finished Week 7 Day 1. Improved my time a little bit, so that made me a little excited! Humidity kills, though.

Finished Week 6 Day 3 today...not a fast runner, but it's probably the longest I've run in a LONG time! Felt really good.

Completed Week 6, Day 2 today. I'm excited to do Week 6, Day 3..just need to make sure I can do it outside.

Just completed W5D3. Stayed up too late last night watching baseball and almost didn't make it to the gym..but I went! (I hate treadmill running, but with 2 kids, only option)

Yup - 150 will look different on different people, even if height is the same! I would love to get down to 160.

I am SO not a fan of the military press with leg extension. I don't know why that bothers me so much! I love all the ab moves..I can really feel it!

Air Force wife here. Been together 10 years, married for 8. Been through 2 unaccompanied year tours to Korea, a handful of deployments and a few TDYs. In fact, he just left last week. Definitely a good time to work on my fitness!
