oops, its a 16 inch pie i forgot to add, so slices are pretty large, and i didn't mean exact down to the gram lol just a rough idea how many oz you think 3 slices would have

i found out that my brother has a fitbit classic (the first one they came out with) that he does not use... does anyone have experience with this....is it accurate?

also what use would fitbit be to me after i found my tdee with my goals of slow muscle bulking (.5lbs a week)

oh okay sounds good, but another thing that has me confused is weight training. That burns calories too, but I know you are supposed to eat the same amount of food on your off days you are not training for muscle repair...fitbit doesn't track that so how does that work out
