I bought the Shred dvd over a year ago and took the plastic wrap off it yesterday! After viewing the level 1 portion I agreed that I could do that. Today I do. You look amazing. Wonder if my hubby will take some pictures for me. Good luck.

Thanks for your words. I, too, am a night owl. I retired last June and my schedule has gone from very fixed to completely open.
