Entering data for strength exercise
I have started using the Easy Arms by lolo and am confused as to how to add the information into My Exercises. MFP does not seem to have a place to enter for calories burned under strength training. Is this accurate or am I just missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone use or know of a recipe book they would recommend that has healthy yet tasty recipes? Controlling urges and binging
I have been doing my fitnesspal for three days. The first day I was way under my calories and the second day I was way over and binge eating mini candy bars and individual snack bag chips!
