# of calories burned

Does anyone know how many calories (approximately) are burned, or how to compute it, while doing this workout? Level 1 Day 1. Thanks for any input.

    I think a popular way of entering it is as "Circuit training". That is how I enter it. However, I guess this isn't that accurate, since each week it gets more difficult? I.e., Week 4 probably burns more calories than week 1?

    Another thing to note is that although it says that each workout is 20 minutes, week 1 is really about 30 minutes.

    I have been putting it down as Calisthenics - vigorous. I timed that thing and every time she says 20mins, it makes me want to smack her! LOL :angry: I would love to get a heart monitor but dont want to shell out such big money for a good one and dont want to waste my money on a crappy one. I guess I will pick an exercise that has higher intensity for logging purposes each consecutive week.

    I've been inputting it as Calisthenics-vigorous also, but only counting it as 25 minutes.
