Entering data for strength exercise

I have started using the Easy Arms by lolo and am confused as to how to add the information into My Exercises. MFP does not seem to have a place to enter for calories burned under strength training. Is this accurate or am I just missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

the strength is just a diary keeper for yourself, you can add the "strength calories burned" under Cardio.
so under strength log how many sets you did..like..
Bench Press 6 x 3 150lbs
then log it under cardio..
Strength training 10 minutes for 100 calories.
My experience the Calories burned for strength taining under MFP is way under...I use a HRM to calculate my strength workouts then do an average.
so 60 minute strength = 540 cal burned depending on my routine
Hope this helps
