I am a huge fan of steel cut oats in the crockpot - I make a batch during the weekend and will have them all week. 2c steel cut oats 4c unsweetened almond mile 4c water cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla Cook on low for 8 hours I also will add a little brown sugar, raisins and walnuts. 3/4c of cooked oats is 145 calories
