Did lower body, too. I'm struggling a bit with this program. I'm feeling constricted, I guess, having to do it every day. Did upper body and a quickie 2 mile walk. So far, so good. :)

Did mine early this morning! I needed a short workout and this was perfect!!! Eating has not been great and were going out for dinner:(. Tomorrow is another day for that!!

I will follow the program but figured since I've started before align was not crucial. Will pick up tmro as scheduled.

I skipped align.....did upper body. I had to modify some of the side planks. I have a yoga class this evening. :). Good luck, girls. I'm looking forward to this!

Well....kinda tested myself yesterday and did sweat, and today did lower body (backwards, I know). Found sweat challenging!! Hope my back holds up. :)
