I used www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ to figure out my MBF and BMR. I was lightly active when I started. I have alloted myself 1900 calories/day. I am going to up them sometime today unless someone says otherwise.

Alright, so far I have gotten.. - Increase my calories for the day. - Drink more water - Eat only half of the calories burned back - Be more patient - Increase Cardio

You make me want to re-enforce my HRM idea. :laugh: I am logging my hour of workout with him as a Circuit Training entry. I am not sure if that is a good idea or not but since i do not have an HRM, I am using the entries in MFP to estimate it.

yes, I am tracking my calories and I do eat back the calories I burn off. Most days my range is 1200 - 1500 calories AFTER I burn them off. I have not upped my calories yet because I have been content with what I am eating quantity-wise.

My aunt taught me this trick. cover the side of the ring without the gem with thread. Just keep looping the thread till it is good enough to not slip off. Yes, it will look odd BUT it will stay on and then when you are ready to get it resized, just pull/cut the thread off. Gently of course! :) Found a pic to explain it…

So, for those of you who said take a day or two off... Do you restart you 30 day clock OR do you just stop on day 3 and then pick it up 4 days later and call it day 4? Just trying to figure out how that would work :)

As a vegetarian, this made me lose IQ points. It's people like this that make vegans/vegetarian look like nut cases. Everything that is natural is good for you as long as you know what the limits/moderation are and are prepared the proper way.
