I've been saying NSV on threads and can't figure out what it stands for. Can someone please break it down for me, thank you so much.

It means Non-Scale Victory. The little thing you notice about yourself that the scale does not tell you

Non Scale Victory- so things that show progress aside from just the number on the scale 0

example: the number on the scale hasn't changed, but your clothes are loose0
