  • Hi, I'm new here too. I hope that with the support here, I might be able to change my mostly bad days to mostly good days & get back to losing the weight.
  • I really noticed that I had to work on changing the things I kept saying to myself. I have been telling myself the same old things, that let me keep the weight on. Last week I started to look at those things and I started to write different things down to help me deal with the cravings, and other bad food choices.
  • I need help with this too. I've been trying to lose for forever now. Yesterday I was doing great, until the kids went to bed and I started to do my "Ahh, it's the weekened binge". • You're doing an amazing job. How did you manage to lose it so quickly?
  • Thanks for the great tips. I did look up the menus, but I didn't know how many calories the meals would be. Next time I'll try to find out if I can get the nutritional info. I also think I'll add in a couple extra workouts to help balance things out. I'll try looking for the shish kabobs too.
  • Thanks for posting your pics. You look awesome. What an inspiration!
