What kind of routine are we talking?

I have to say my weight really has affected everything for me. I mean I got a good job now that is judgmental about it but i have had a few that were. In the more personal setting it has really brought me down and made it difficult for me because people judge my size and not me.

I am a big roasted turkey fan with all the veggies and light on the sauce. The Sweet Onion terrioky isn't bad either. That and they are on the lighter side of it all too

I go for a walk to clear my head, sometimes phone a friend but mostly try and get out of the house away from the fridge.
