  • Oh yeah....I'm 256lbs want to get down to at least 150lbs. On my second day, not perfect, but I have a lot more control than I've had in a long time, trying to stay away from sugar and other bad carbs and tracking on MFP, using the "Simple Diet" as a guide.   • Hi, How is your food? Are staying at or below your calorie alottment? What type of food are you eating? Try to stay away from processed foods and too many refined carbohydrates that turn to sugar. Also try not to eat late at night.
