I get a newletter via email every week for "Turbo News" and I got one newsletter almost 3 weeks ago and Chalean recommended a snack. Multigrain Wasa Crisp- Smear peanut butter and add strawberries. I have that at work almost everyday.

I too started w/ CLX then strated TF back in June. I was already in Push Phase but had to get acclimated to TF so I stopped CLX. I just said today I wanted to turn up my workouts and go back to CLX. This week is Month 2 of TF maybe I will go back to CLX.

I just started Month 2 and I go both back to back. Works out better since muscles are nice and warm. Good luck

You are right Core is so important, but I guess we have to train our bodies more. Well good luck!

I'm on my last week of burn phase and of course I dont see anything. However others see little changes. I'm doing both CLX and TF so I will wait it out. :wink:

Excellent, I started Chalean 1st around 5/21/12 but received TF last Wednesday and it's addicting. I hope to see results like you in the months to come and finally keep it off. Good work & keep up the work!:flowerforyou:

You know, I got mine last Wednesday and I thought it was for someone who wanted to get faster results for like a wedding as an example. Maybe I'm wrong lets see if someone else responds. :wink:

Hi everyone, I'm 2 weeks into Burn and awaiting TF in the mail. It seems like Clx is more weight training so I want to add more cardio. I have alot to loose. Started last week and starting this week I've been using the Turbo Jam as cardio before each circuit. I feel like I need more cardio along w/ this program. I'm ordering Turbo Fire to use as Cardio along w/ the extreme. I hope your sessions are full of sweat as mine are. Keep pushing, "hard work dedication".:bigsmile:
