Hey Everyone! I was planning out my week and I'm running into some of the double workout days in TurboFire (ex: Fire 30, Sculpt 30). How do you handle those days? Do you do the workouts back to back? One in the morning, one in the evening?
A friend of mine does hers separate (am/pm) but I'd rather get them both out of the way at the same time! I'm just curious to see what other people do!

I always did those back to back. As long as they were less than a hour (or really close) I had time to do them in the morning. I perfer to workout early.0

I just started Month 2 and I go both back to back. Works out better since muscles are nice and warm. Good luck0
