  • Definately drink lots of water if your having trouble with constipation drink at least 96oz of water a day. Have bran cereals, bran muffins, vegetables high in fiber. It can take up to a month to get regular BM which can also cause tummy aches unfortunately when changeing your diet. Note- this is what the docs I work for…
  • I'm so confused with this as well! My calorie intake to loose 2 lbs a week is at 1,200. I just don't get if I Need to be at the 1,200 total after my workouts? Becuase if that is so I'm doing it wrong =( I always have like 150-300 calories left over after workout. Is this bad? I need all the help I can get! lol Thanks =)
  • I'm also new to the site and still somewhat confused on calorie intake and how much I need to eat a day. I know it is 1,200/day which I get to my daily intake or go over, then when I exercise of course it goes below it. I hope this is not making me not loose weight =/ I'll weigh in tomorrow.......
