I was at 203 for 2 1/2 weeks. I took about 300 calories a day off of my allowed intake and boom. One week later I'm at 199. Maybe the weight was just weighting(pun) to come off. The sense of accomplishment from not indulging in nutrition free calories, especially junk like buttered popcorn lasts all evening. The joy of eating the popcorn is usually over before the movie is even started. I'll polish off the popcorn during the previews.

Thanks everybody. My wife has been saying the same thing about the clothes. I got stuck at 202-203 for about 2 weeks even though I was eating right.
