That sounds EVEN WORSE than cheat days to me. Rewarding yourself for eating healthy by not eating healthy? How odd. I eat 1800 - 2300 calories a day and allow myself one day a week of up to 4,000 calories. It's a spike day.

I weigh daily and record weekly. I understand the scales will fluctuate. Just yesterday morning they went from 107.7kg to 109.6kg. That's 4.2LB in one day! It was half gone this morning and the rest will be gone tomorrow morning. it's not a fat gain, it's a FLUCTUATION.
