5'8" 107kg / 235lb I eat 1800 - 2300 cal a day and lose about 1kg / 2lb a week. I don't do excessive amounts of cardio either. EAT ladies, food is not the enemy!

Just be careful, home made pop tarts may not have the tarty keytones required for a true cleanse and detoxification

Guess what?? I got below parallel on BW squats today - 5 in a row in fact :) the only change I made was wider stance, and more confidence. It's very largely thanks to you :)

Baked spicy chicken with a pear, walnut, quinoa, feta and craisin salad, with a apple balsamic dressing. Huge serve came in at 700 cal and couldn't eat it all. Cottage cheese with choc chips, strawberries, chocolate cream cheese and whipped cream. 350 cal and very filling, could make a meal rather than just a dessert.

Juz, try have a read through the below; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912914-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013 From what I remember you're pretty active (I'm guessing even more so travelling around the country) and you're probably not giving your body enough fuel. Have a read and up your calories /slowly/.
