HW - 117.9kg (259lb) SW - 113.7kg (250lb) CW - 105kg (231lb) GW - 74kg (162lb) UGW - 68kg (149lb) (May vary as I've never been a healthy weight since I was a child, don't know how I'll look at this weight!)

Now I'm looking forward to being able to include my 11kg dog Ruby in that equation!

Yeah it way over estimates, however it UNDERESTIMATES walking for me. Very odd.

brilliant

Chest exercises - Just DO IT! It will help with the firmness of the pecs (under the breast tissue) which in turn helps the boobs stay perky.

So far I've lost 8kg and they've gone from a 40F to 36J. They always go up at the start (for me) and end up about the same at the end. At my lowest weight (80kg - only 5kg overweight) I was a 32F.

You just do it. Simple. I work a minimum of 50 hours a week and spend a minimum of 10 additional hours a week travelling for work - and I work out about 10 hours a week on top of it. Think of it this way - If you were told you HAD to work an additional hour a day or you'd lose your job, you'd work the additional hour. If…

Not all people who are American say EYE-talian, but all people who say EYE-talian are American, as far as I've seen. :P
-
It's "ih-tal-yen", not EYEtalian. Americans always piss me off with this!
-
Holy ****!! You are AMAZING.

I know I'm a geek because I HATE when people think watching Big Bang Theory makes them a fellow nerd/geek.
-
I enjoy pineapple juice (with vodka sometimes!) if I have cals to spare.

I completely disagree with this. I'm not going to eat only healthy foods all day, every day, for the rest of my life! I have a "cheat meal" once a week, or twice depending on what happening for the week socially - I eat extra healthy for the rest of the day (egg white omelette, chicken with salad, etc) and then eat…

DO NOT pretend you didn't do it! If you pretend you didn't do it, you're not acknowledging it and giving yourself permission to do it again.

Dude, you ate a few chips, who cares? Go to the gym and burn an extra 100 calories and you're fine. Math may not be a strong point for you but I'm sure you can work this out.... Say you're on a 250 cal a day defecit (1/2 pound a week), your defecit is 1,750 a week even with NO EXERCISE. A handful of hot fries is about 100…

You're 21, give it time. 21 year olds are far more likely to be jealous than 30 year olds.
-
The same rules will apply with my children!
-
Are you 11?
-
If f*** and b**** are too much, what the hell DO you say?
-
& you sure don't LOOK common, that solid gold crown is dripping with jewels.
-
Sounds like you're eating too few.

Symply Too Good To Be True 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6!! They go for like $10 each and all have full caloric intake details etc with each recipe.

EXACT same as me, all the way down to the calendar and the official weigh in on Sunday :)
-
Dexy, I would be happy to make the call for you if you would like that.

Are you from Australia? Do you know ANYTHING about our medical system? I've been there and done it all too. I have had MDD since I was 9 years old - 15 years. I know how it is treated, how it should be and how it REALLY SHOULDN'T.
-
*YOU'RE* not capable of composing a coherent sentence so how can you pretend to know anything? :)

She also has two children. PND is very likely too sadly.

The start of this alone proves I need not read on. This is simply not true. It can happen to some people, but it is NOT a standard symptom. The way *good* doctors start you on medication is to start with the ones that have the least negative side effects and work their way from there until you find something that works.…

If you're not losing weight on a CONSISTENT diet of 1200+ cal a day, there's a good chance you're already healthy. You're pretty damn light, do you really need to lose more, or do you just want to?

Effexor and Cymbalta are great first ones to try. They are both SNRIs and don't have the same negative impacts you hear about from SSRIs. They're both very cheap, they do NOT just "dull" your moods by any means, they change the way your brain uses 3different hormones. These are most commonly prescribed for PND which is…
