This isn't butternut squash, it's spaghetti squash. Entirely different. Butternut squash has the same texture as most standard squash/pumpkins.

I hate it. Makes my skin feel awful, I hate heat, and tanned skin is quite unattractive in my opinion. I coat myself in sunscreen 3 times a day to avoid tanning because I go 4 shades darker from just a 5 minute walk. I tan SO easily and I think it looks foul.

Yep FT4 is great and you don't need any higher, I have an FT7 and the only advantage I've noticed is that it saves a larger workout history.

As long as you tie your hair up really tight for a workout, you don't need to wash it afterwards, unless you have naturally *very* oily hair. Just tie it up in a bun or put a shower cap over it when you get in the shower.

You can make pizza on pita bread with any topping you like, or if you want the taste of bought pizza, a lot of dominos pizzas are as low as 150cal a slice.

To people who gained when trying eating back your exercise calories; How did you claculate your exercise calories? MFP estimates are way off and yeah, I'd gain too if I went based on theirs. Invest in a $100 HRM. How long did you try it for? Most peoples bodys don't adapt in 4 days... Try it for 3 weeks or so.

One of my biggest pet peeves would be people who write "MINE!!". Anyone could justify that was theirs. How hard is it to write your damn name?

What's wrong with walking on the treadmill? I walk on the treadmill 3 days a week - Why the heck would I go and do a walk outside in the searing heat when I'm already at the gym? Walking at 2mph is another story...

I *allow* myself to eat up to half, if I feel like it. Mine are from a HRM though, not from the MFP estimates.

If you eat them *all* then you won't burn any noticeable amount more than you would without exercising - but it obviously helps your heart / skin / muscles / etc. I generally aim to eat 50% - 75% of calories burnt through exercise.

I still weigh daily. When it's up I find that I work harder and eat better. I track my weight every Sunday morning, though.
