congrats! I seem to lack the get up and go i need lately, but been sticking to my diet, hopefully i will get back out in the sunshine soon!

lol, i dont think theirs anything different im doing, i stay full for hours sometimes, it depends on how active i am, but at work i sit their all day and stay full off a cereal bar for hours, my stomache has to have shrunk tremendously, i used to go to mcdonalds and eat 3 dbl cheeseburgers, and i cant barely eat a sandwich…

I think your stomache gets smaller so the littler portions tend to fill you up faster, it happened to me too, im not complaining :laugh:

weekends are rough, so just do what feels right. I do amazingly well throughout the week and if i feel like drinking myself silly or eating my favorite pizza on the weekend, i do it. Youll never succeed if you dont give in sometimes, im still doing consistently well!

Bicycling would probably be a great exercise for you since it wont put pressure on your abs and its great cardio!

lol, i guess ive always been a salt person more than a sweet person. Im just cutting it close on sodium today and im trying to watch it because my legs and feet tend to swell when i have too much.

I eat out of the freezer quite a bit too, and lean cuisine, weight watchers and healthy choice are the only things i buy. I think besides some of their sodium content, their fine. Ive been consistantly losing weight as well and eat them usually once a day. The "clean eaters" dont like these kinds of foods, but i figure…

wow im the same way! I love tyson chicken breast fillets because you can do so many things with them, i use fat free cheese and make chicken pizza, chicken tacos, chicken noodle soup over homemade mashed potatoes (i cant believe its not butter is amazing!), and just plain ol chicken, add spices and it tastes different…

This is a big issue for me too! im busy and not home a lot so my meals arent usually meals. Its 7:15 pm right now and Ive only ate 500 calories! I feel as long as your not hungry, theirs no need to force feed yourself, listen to your body! My calorie intake fluxuates a lot and im consistantly losing weight. Good luck!!!

Welcome! I know how you feel about ranch, i used to dip anthing possible in it lol, I just steer clear of it totally now but I hear that Kraft has a good low cal ranch, i just havent looked! Good luck!!! :flowerforyou:

mm i love bread! The grocery store here has a generic bread that in 2 slices only has 1 gram of fat and 100 calories. I love me some carbs so when Im hungry and running around i make bread balls lol, i take a slice, roll it in a ball and eat it, i swear it tastes better that way lol! :bigsmile:
