Im also worried about sodium as i starting retaining water over a year ago, the weird thing is, it started when i began drinking diet soda, i think i will have to cut it completely :sad:

im going to join even if im not in on the contest, this has always been a huge issue for me, my willpower helps me through the day but towards the end it starts to wane off, my cut off time will be 8:30 on weeknights and 9:30 weekends.

hey that could be a good option, i guess i didnt even realize that u cud get low cal creamers. That would help while i was at home, but what about when im at work and dont have that option?

your period really throws ur body off, did u know that everything hurts a little more just before ur period as well? Whether its a new tattoo or waxing ur eyebrows, ur supposed to wait a week after ur period or ur body is more sensitive to the pain.

ugh thats the worst part, i dislike tea and they only way i can drink coffee is with tons of creamer! im such a picky eater and drinker, thats why dieting has always been a problem for me!

i think we retain water right before and during our period which wud cause ur weight to fluxuate a bit

I think I'm having withdrawls from Pepsi lol, Im hugely addicted to caffeine so I cant completely cut out soda yet but I switched to Diet Dew for now. It just doesnt satisfy that craving, any ideas?!

Chickadee I think its a good choice, salsa is an amazing topper since it has few cal's. Just watch ur cheese, thats my bigggggest issue! Its so much more fattening than u think!
