Due to my work schedule, I workout during my lunch time. I'm usually in the office around 6:30 AM and immediately have a bowl of oatmeal and coffee. About 30 minutes before heading to the gym I usually grab a energy/protein bar and either eat 1/2 of all of it depending on how I feel. I noticed that if I don't eat anything…
