Amen! I got way off track this past week and was feeling really down on myself, but I got up this morning and asked God to push me to the gym ;) and I tracked my food.... today I did good, tomorrow I will try again! We fall down, but we get up! (Donnie McClurkin song)

I usually just go with my total calories regardless of how much extra they give me for exercising. I'm not sure if this is the best way but it keeps me from over doing it ;)
