It's actually denser than fat. exchanging a pound of fat for a pound of muscle will result in visible slimming, but no weight drop.

I let myself eat normally when I'm out with friends (Typically once every week, maybe every two weeks.)

I just picked a good, round number (200). If I'm still flabby at that point, I can go from there-- but I think I will probably be mostly muscle by the time I get remotely close to that, and I'll be okay with that.
