5'9 here and currently I am 142lbs....138 is my "goal" but if I never get there I will not be unhappy because I am more into toning now and know that I may not loose any more

one meal that puts you over will not break you...its one meal...one day of going over your calorie limit....its not a big deal....just deal with it and move on to the next day.....

my advice to you????? pick up your scale...and throw it in the trash....you are retaining water from strength training...the water is in your muscles repairing them.....do some research before you go into freak out mode please....with strength training you will NEED to eat more food...I'd probably even bump it up to 1500…

my scale has been lying to me since I started 30DS LOL its why I am not ever updating my weight cause its not reflecting what I see in the mirror...seems point less to step on the scale since I am putting on muscle (I can see the changes)

plan better? LOL add in another workout?? but honestly if its a once in a while thing...do not sweat it....just continue with your day as normal....

well I am 31 with a 12year old daughter, and she got mistaken for my sister....so I am gonna assume I look pretty young...LOL I still get carded...and at 19 everyone thought I was 14 years old as well....

I think the problems is the numbers on the scale and people putting too much emphasis on it.....everyone seems to forget that everyone carries their weight differently.....

the only thing I cut out was regular coke....and I do not miss that.... if I cut out foods I loved....I would fail miserably.....this is not a diet its a lifestyle change...I am not setting myself up for failure....I just eat what I like but I eat reasonable amounts of it....I do not go overboard with food.

sounds like you are on the right track and were already at a healthy weight for your height....just keep at it and focus more on the feeling better part than on the weight loss part :)

sounds reasonable to me....if you think about it half of that is probably water weight....when I first started out I dropped 8lbs in less than a week....by cutting out pop....it was just water weight not fat

I feel hungry for you.....seriously......I eat 900 calories in 2 meals alone....I would be starving....and no I am not talking about "starvation mode" I am talking about literally STARVING....do you exercise?? what do you do all day?? nothing??? honestly like everyone has said you need more help than MFP....you are going in the right direction and you know you have an eating disorder....but you should talk to someone....a dietitian, an psychiatrist (really not trying to bash you or anything...it would be beneficial to you because you'll never get your disorder…

I personally would starve to death on 1200 calories a day....but I am also very active and burn anywhere from 300-1000 calories a day through exercise...and probably more just doing normal "farm" work and I eat anywhere between 1500 and 2500 a day I did try the 1200 a day for a while (with eating back some exercise…

I also do 30DS and use a HRM and I typically burn around 320 calories during that time frame....and I also mix in some elliptical work during the day and that puts me around 500-600 calories burned (I am VERY much a beginner btw so 30DS is perfect for me right now to start)

google "inner thigh workouts" then click images and you will see there are tons of exercises you can do!!! I am gonna try quite a few of these!!
