i started my journey back in January...I was 162.5lbs (if not more but that was the last time i weighed myself before deciding enough is enough) I am about 5'8.5-5'9 I am now down around 141-144 depends on the day really which is fine cause I know its just normal fluctuation.....I am just working on keeping the weight off…

so my ultimate goal has been met!!
so when i first started this journey i was 162lbs i wanted to get to 142lbs did it....achieved that and was ecstatic!! then i wanted to loose those last 3lbs just to say i am in the 130's so I thought 139 by my birthday which is saturday actually....would be my "final" goal....this morning I was 138.4!!!!!!!!!!…

so this isn't a total before picture i didnt think to take any pictures at 162lbs wish i did but i got one around 153lbs so here this is....so you really can't see a huge difference but just picture 10lbs more on the 153lbs haha

20lbs in 100 days...
to me it doesn't seem like a lot...but i must admit i wasn't overweight or anything i was just on the high end of "average weight" and i was not happy about that so i decided to do something about it! and set my goal for 142lbs...and i reached that goal yesterday!! i am just happy i stuck to this and feel proud of myself!!…

its hard not to focus....
on the number....its REALLY HARD....and I KNOW THIS....but I still do it...I am sure we all do....I exercise every day anywhere from 30mins to 2hours.... I eat up to my calorie goal and eat some of my exercise calories back...and im not talking junk food....i try to keep my food balanced with fruits veggies grains meats…
