i started my journey back in January...I was 162.5lbs (if not more but that was the last time i weighed myself before deciding enough is enough) I am about 5'8.5-5'9 I am now down around 141-144 depends on the day really which is fine cause I know its just normal fluctuation.....I am just working on keeping the weight off now...and trying to tone up my stomach area after 3 pregnancies its def NOT pretty LOL....
I do 100 crunches a day and 100 russian twists....i probably should add some other kind of ab workout to that....if anyone has any suggestions on what else can help tone the tummy please let me know!!! (i also do the elliptical anywhere from 20-40mins a day (sometimes more)
