just log on every day and keep track of everything!! exercise daily and it WILL happen...do not expect it to happen over night...it took years to put on all the weight its going to take time to get it all off....and the best way to do it is slow and steady...that way you are not as likely to gain it all back and then some

i like to eat in the am before i exercise otherwise i feel like passing out...and thats not a fun feeling

first off you are NOT a horrible person....it sounds more like he is worried more about your health then you loosing weight....he probably doesn't want to see you in the same spot he is in...in the hospital after having suffered a heart attack....it probably put a lot of things into perspective for him and he is probably…

25lbs in 4 months? that is AWESOME!!!!! i have been here since January and i've only lost 22lbs....so you are doing fantastic!! there will be MANY times that the scale will not move (or GASP go UP)...and that is usually due to water weight....so try not to focus on the scale so much...focus more on the inches you are…

dont diet??? i really hate that word diet....its a setup for failure IMO....lifestyle change....because its something you stick to for LIFE...not a fad crash diet just to try to loose weight....just continue to eat right....and exercise...and focus on your overall health other than loosing weight
-
yeah i wouldn't do that....loosing weight that fast is not healthy a slow steady loss is what is best for anyone trying to loose weight....

do be upset....1.5lbs is not something you should get upset about you should be HAPPY.....if you loose too much too fast you are more likely to gain everything back....plus some....i know it happened to me....before i started getting on this lifestyle change i gained a lot of weight after loosing 20lbs in a months time...i…

sounds like water weight...and maybe a pound or 2 of possible fat...but yeah with eating a lot o stuff and drinking the water will hang around for a while...try not to worry about it...just drink lots of water :)

from what i can gather...just from what you posted...you probably are not eating enough...... this is why MFP gives you EXTRA calories when you exercise because your body NEEDS IT!! now im not saying eat every single calorie you burn off back but eating back some is what you should be doing....and change up your exercises…
