i dont follow any specific "diet plan" because to me that is just setting myself up for failure..

what i found to be easier is just sitting down at the begining of the day and logging what im gonna eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner and sometimes snacks...and then if i eat anything else i come back and log that whenever i come to log my exercise makes it much easier and my day is planned out and keeps me on track

i bet it is water weight....dont stress about it...you have enough to stress about with the exams! get through the week and then get back on track with exercise :) i bet it'll all just come right off once you are back into the swing of things

hello everyone thought i would give a little insight to what i did to drop the weight....i started off my journey at 162lbs wanted to drop 20lbs...and get to 142....I succeeded by just counting calories...making sure i ate at least up to my calorie goal..maybe a little under if i didn't exercise which honestly was about…

im 31...nebraska...and i hate bacon too :)
-
and to clarify YES you want to be in the green...not the red but you want to be close to that "daily goal" as possible...i would say no more than 100 calories under without exercise...and if you exercise and burn 200 calories..I myself would eat another 100 calories for that day....but also going over by a little bit is…
-
no no no....that is the point of having a daily calorie goal...you want to at least get to your normal goal and then when you exercise eat back a little of that...i always try to eat back at least half of what i burn off....
-
i think you are doing fine 2lbs in 1 week is GOOD!!!! most ppl who drop weight fast in the beginning its just water weight...you may not have had any excess water weight to drop :) just dont give up or get discouraged...slow and steady wins the weightloss race :) ohh and i might suggest by looking at your diary to eat at…
