Saturday check in PW 148.3 CW 147.7 .6 pound weight loss and I am ok with that. I am close to my 2nd goal of 145. I know it will get harder as I get closer to my final weight goal of 135. Now it is more about slow and steady.

PW 152.7 CW 150.5 2.2 loss, I am so thrilled with this. My goal was to be in the 140's by the end of January. Bam I will make it. Next goal is 145 by the end of February. I think today I can officially cleanout the 12's, and maybe a few 10's from the closet.

Machchic Saturday PW: 157.5 CW: 155.9 Down -1.6 I am good with that considering I had surgery Monday and recovering all week and no exercise. Really trying to get to 149.9 for New Years and that is a solid 2 pounds a week over a holiday. But then again Ohio in lockdown, I am really not going anywhere. Ha

Machchic Saturday PW: 159.0 CW: 157.5 Down -2.5 I love when my mind is focused, I am working on several pillars of habits and working towards becoming a health coach, but in order to do that I have to walk the talk. I haven't decided on a goal for the month of Dec. but the plan is to keep the scale on a downward trend.

Well the birthday week is over and I am so ready to start logging, drinking water and exercising. This will be my mode throughout the rest of the year. @Beka3695 Thank you, with going back to the Office Oct 5, I think this is quite doable. Pack a lighter lunch, small afternoon snack. I think the key is not eating after 7 or 8. We have a tendency to eat later so I think dinner 7:30 and nothing more till lunch the next day. I have seen a lot of people do really well with…
