Still doing well maintaining 137.5. Need to refocus in August with exercise. Small goals

I am focusing on maintaining and not reporting losses in July. I got up to 140 and with a little refocus and walking I was back down to 136.7. Might look at August to get to 130. Mind is not there yet. keep up the good work everyone.

Machchic Saturday PW 137.6 2 weeks ago, skipped last week CW 138.0 I am good with that, I hit 142 last weekend, this week refocused. Again I am really trying to maintain between 135 and 140. But closer to 133-138 would be ideal.

Sorry guys a bit late, I am skipping my weigh in this week, I know I am up a little and just don't need myself getting frustrated. I am back on plan and have some goal for hitting milestone by 4th of July.

PW 138.0 CW 137.6 Need to start walking again, going back in in the office strips away 3 hours of my day due driving, getting ready for work and prepping. Work I sit all day and I can feel it. Working at home I can go out and walk in AM and lunch and just to stretch my legs.

PW 139 CW 136.8 Ok, need to stay here a week or two, After a big drop I normally jump right back up then comes back down. Need to be careful and not splurge over the weekend, Hubby and I 25th anniversary and going out to lunch today, Party Sunday.

PW 138.7 CW 139 I am so good with this, I was able to walk a little this week and life stress is easing a bit. So happy with this and glad I am staying steady at this weight. Next milestone is 135, June is a great month to focus on getting there. Summer weather and more activity outside.

Please carry weight from last week, ate good, no exercise and some big added life stress did not expect. So please carry over last week. I am just maintaining this week

PW 140 LW 138.7 I hit this weight on Thur and going to stick with it, I was 140 this AM but I splurged and ate popcorn (air popped) last night and pretty sure I am sodium and bulked also had turkey kielbasa and sauerkraut, SALT. We will see next week. 130-135 is going to really be tough.

PW 139.2 CW 140 Figured this after a big loss last week. Yesterday I ran 4.2miles in a Pat Tillman charity run. I have not ran in a year but I can walk 6 miles easy. So yesterday I ran half the race. PW 143.6 CW 141.5 Loss 2.1 My goal is to break 140 this month, I can probably do it but usually when I have a drop I will hang up and down a few pounds for a week or so. Back to work cut back on my snacking but also my exercise so it kind of balanced out. I need to make sure I get in some sort of walk after work.

Saturday check in PW 142.8 CW 142.8 Wow exactly the same as last week, I am ok after the loss from last week. This past two weeks I started at 5000 steps everyday and this week 6000 steps. So been a little hungrier and stress at work. Starting to think about maintaining when I get to my goal. 7000 steps this week.
