Premenopause Support
I have been on MFP for 800 days, lost 25-30 pounds my first year. I log everyday and I am at a hard standstill with my weight. I love to exercise, 10 mile race in 2 weeks and my first 1/2 marathon Mid May. I am doing this to keep my activity level up as I just found out I am premenopausal and not very happy about this.…

Calculating Calories burned
Does everyone use the myfitnesspal to calculate calories or the machine your are using. Walked 30 min on treadmill at 2% incline, 4.0mph and it calculated 345 calories, myfitnesspal 191.
