I am 5'6" and been on the site for 2 weeks and have lost 5 pounds, my goal is to reach 145 and see how I feel there. Feel free for anyone to add me, love the support. I am walking about 6x a week at average of 45-60 minutes a time.

I weigh in everyday so I can see how my exercise and eating effects my weight but I log on the same day every week to record on mfp. So Tuesday will be my first weigh in.

Thanks, personally the lower number seemed more realistic and I prefer to favor higher on the calorie intake and lower on the exercise to keep me inline. :-)

Sorry to hear your in pain, sometimes just doing some Yoga is good for the mind and strengthens the core. May be good for the joints and muscles, you don;t always have to be on a treadmill to help your body lose weight so give it a try.

Just found this app for my phone, I love it. I have been trying to lose weight since first of year and just a struggle, up 3 pound down 3 pound.
