I have the dvd and started it 3 months ago but never got past the first week. I am ready to take it all the way this time, though so glad to see someone else starting as well! I'm starting tomorrow morning and plan to do it at least 6 days a week....here's to all of us and good luck to everyone!

Level 1 Day 6...amazing how much you lose when you skip a couple days. Goal now is to be consistent even though I might rather sleep in, have to get up and do this. Even with the skipped days (was sick), I lost 1.9 lbs and inches...wonder what it could have been if I was on Day 8 like I should be! Oh well, keep on keeping…

Confession: Only day 3 for me as I was sick Tuesday-Thursday. I plan on doing doubles today and Saturday to catch up...I will be DEAD but caught up! I am dreading those blasted push ups....

I know...I hate them! I do the modified and just do as many as I can, stop, and then start again as soon as I can. I can't wait until I can complete the whole set without stopping! But then I'll have to move on to do the full....scary!

Pushups are the worst! I like that when it seems I can't do one more set (of whatever she is making me do), she changes to something else.
