3/24, 3/25, 3/26, 3/27 = all no for food and tracking, but exercise did get done on 3/27. Had bad reaction to new medication, so the last 4 days have not been on plan. Still working through this diagnosis since I got it in January. I think I'm going to try to tackle this thing with diet as I don't like any of the…

I like the systems vs. goals classifications. Will need to reconsider how I frame things.

In three months… *I’ll be back to being able to run 5 miles a couple times a week (I’m coming out of winter at 3 miles per run, and my body doesn’t react well if I ramp up distance too quickly. 🤕🚽). *I will have my garden in place and that makes me happy. *In a dream world my puppy and cats will reach an agreement and my…

✅✅✅ Totally drooled on myself doing broad jumps at the gym today. Jump. Land. Wtf why is there drool on my chin and shirt? My husband is one lucky guy. 😂🤣

Oh, this is a good daily topic. My current focus/struggle summed up: Being ok with prioritizing myself/my health = as it doesn't mean I'm not being there for the people around me that need help, it just helps me be better at being there for them.

I can't post photos and 50% of the time I can't post my entry because I don't have access to vanilla something. (Not a typo, the error that comes back says I don't have permission to do something and something about vanilla.) Some days I argue with it until it works, others I just give up. LOL.

✅✅✅ Getting back on the trail after phoning it in running over the winter between the chaos of life and avoiding the dreadmill like we had one hella awkward first date. Didn’t feel great doing it and not sure I’m going beyond 3 miles for a few weeks - but hey I can still run 3 miles which I haven’t been able to do coming…

Not on track food wise, yes for exercise, no for tracking. Repeat for last like 4 days I didn't check in. Emotionally struggling to get back on track. My BFF's 3 year old got diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma last week and my inner Mama Bear wants all the comfort food ever (both because this child is like my nephew,…

NYY. Haven’t run in several weeks, need to figure out how to work that back into the schedule. Still hitting the gym though, and feeling like it’s hitting me back harder 😂🤣💪🏻

❌✅✅ Over by 250, but given the stress binging I’m steering away from this is still a victory. Turning the ship around.

Far away hugs!

Checking in on today's topic as I never get around to doing more than sending in 3 checks or a pass at night. Oh the progress line. The latter half of 2021 and first couple of months of 2022 went the wrong way for me, and I gained like 15-20 back - so my progress line is apparently really into mountain climbing these days.…

✅✅✅ Exercise: Walk with the Puppo which ended in a wrestling match giving him a bath because he rolled in random poop on the trail. Get a dog, they said. It will be fun, they said. 🙄😂

Hello! Popping back in after the perfect storm of family adjusting to new puppy + work being chaos kicked me off the wagon. If this was Oregon Trail, Maryann would have died from dysentery. Thankfully, there are some newly appointed wizards on the trail that can raise people from the dead! Woohoo! Lol. Work event is over,…

✅✅✅ Third pass day used Friday (was planned. We added a new member to the family yesterday. Meet Owen. He’s a 5 month old lab mix who is already in a size XL coat and trots down the street about as fast as I jog. His walk pushed my walk pace and I walk like a 15min mile. They said give him some time before I run with him…

✅✅✅ I went HARD at the gym today and woooooo boy am I not standing up anytime soon. Why: a good balance of health concerns and straight up vanity. Plus my 6 year old is speedy and mischievous and I need to get to the fragile things faster. Tomorrow is a planned pass day, which will be my third and hopefully last of the…

Oh, rest days. I want to schedule them and I try, but then (like today which should have been a rest day) I realize the weather is way nicer than it has been and opt for the chance to run outside instead of on a dreadmill. Or I eat something I wasn't planning on and need the deficit. Or I don't close my rings if I don't…

Pass day number one. Frustrating child + peanut butter is a deadly combo.

I struggle with weight vs. exercise. A lot. I want to weigh a number the muscle mass I want on my rather large frame will not weigh. So do I dial down on muscle to reach the “healthy weight” or do I say whatever the BMI chart is BS and add the tone and a muscle I want. This is my mental struggle. I want to say I want my…

✅✅✅ Rest day = Yoga. I was put on a muscle relaxer before bed and I had dreams that it would loosen up my hamstrings. This yoga session taught me I need to keep dreaming 😂.

✅✅✅ Strength class at gym. Hope everyone getting coated in ice and snow today and tomorrow is warm and safe! 🥶❄️⛸ One of the pairs of ugly running tights I ordered from ThredUp came today, specifically the ones a friend says will make me look like a Trapper Keeper. They are uglier in person and omg I love them so much 😂🤣😍.

✅✅✅ Ran on what should have been a rest day because it was warmer than it has been and I wanted to get a run in outside before the ice descends upon NY on Friday. I promise not to whine about going GF all that much, but like… I was not expecting my soy sauce to have wheat in it and my BBQ sauce to be off limits. I’m Like…

@ideas2 - Very interesting! And unsettling maybe? Lol. Thanks for the book recommendation too!

@Mrs_Hoffer - Glad to know I’m not imaging things! Crazy that it effects your sleep like that!

Congrats Winners Circle Peeps! ✅✅✅ On track today. Is gluten withdrawal a thing? Holy cow, I feel hung over.
