I know that not getting your magnesium and potassium can raise blood pressure. I just take more magnesium when I have blood pressure issues. I also eat grain free and added sugar free most of the time which has helped lower it.

The Candida diets don't work. Try the GAPS diet and a strong probiotic.

I bought my friends and relatives some games and my brother bought me Doom which I've been waiting to get cheap. I'm on the lookout for Sniper Elite 4 and Ghost Recon: Wildlands but they aren't cheap enough yet.

I take niacin, pantethine, p5p, a b complex, vitamin c, vitamin d, vitamin e, vitamin k2, chromium, zinc, magnesium, manganese, and boron.

magnesium was the key to my high blood pressure. I take 400-800mg of it a day and my blood pressure is manageable without drugs. I also take 1/4 teaspoon of ancient sea salt every few days and that can actually lower it too.

I just made liver. It made me gag by itself, so I ate more mixed with some butter and onions and it was pretty good.

Supposedly oil pulling removes the bad bacteria from your mouth so you are supposed to spit it out. I've used sesame oil when I've done it which I think tastes the best.

In the U.S., there is Redmond ancient sea salt. It's usually cheaper than Himalayan pink salt or Celtic sea salt. Also if you want more iodine, eat kelp or other seaweeds or if you don't like the taste there are pills.

I buy raw sauerkraut at the store. I think it has helped my gut biome a lot. I also take bio-kult advanced probiotics and they have been a lifesaver.

I bought some beef liver last night. I'm going to have to try it once it thaws. Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride recommends it on the GAPS diet. I hope it tastes good.

I eat eggs raw per the Gaps diet. I like smoked oysters a lot. I also eat sardines with jalapeños. But I'm not a fan of broccoli, I'd rather have cauliflower or bok choy.

I'm not on a lifting program but I have a ton of energy and lift weights when I can. Steaks, eggs, butter and cheese all give me energy. I also like making a chicken stew with carrots, onions, green onions, and chicken thighs that seems to up my testosterone.

Coconut oil is bad but you should eat 6-8 servings of grains a day, like I'd listen to anything the American Heart Association says.

I'm low carb so 1/2 a block of cheese is a nice meal for me.

My favorite is the baby Swiss with the big bubble holes in it.

I don't eat anything that if fortified with iron anymore so that's what I was looking for. I'm going to fire up the grill and eat a few lbs of steak every day that I can.

I don't drink any kinds of milk. I do eat cheese though.
