You can ignore me if you want but all that evidence doctors have is based on loose studies of diet asking what people ate days, weeks, months, and/or years before. There are a lot of variables in diet. It would be inhumane to have human studies of a diet in isolation besides eating meat and eggs because they are so…

You play with people's health thinking your evidence is so great. Where was this new data showing SFA shows worst outcomes? And as for fiber, like you said there is little evidence on no fiber, meat diets besides the studies in "The Fat of the Land" and possible upcoming studies. I don't think a lot of fiber is good for…

I've always disagreed with you. I'm all about the carnivore lifestyle so I will promote it. I believe saturated fats are the best for the body. I'm not a big fan of the Mediterranean diet because it lacks fatty meat.

There is plenty of anecdotal evidence by carnivores…

Fiber doesn’t matter much if you eat plenty of saturated fat. Cutting out added sugars, seed oils, and grains is anti-inflammatory. I’d say whole grains are still bad for you. Legumes have a lot of anti-nutrients and can give you digestive issues.

I take 100 mcg K2 with 10000 iu vitamin D3 and 200 mcg K2 with 20000 iu D3.
-
I get protein from steaks and eggs, also kielbasa and pork sausage. I get my carbs from berries, brewer’s yeast, milk, apples, and tomatoes
-
I also think meat and eggs are anti-inflammatory from being a carnivore.

If you are on a moderate or high carbs diet, I don’t see why you can’t have some of those. I personally don’t eat many grains, beans, or lentils with the exception of recently adding peanuts. If you want magnesium, I’d suggest supplements like magnesium chelates. I take Dr’s best magnesium glycinate. I have a list of…

Try eating full fat cottage cheese, sour cream, butter, cream cheese, fatty meats, and eggs fried in lots of butter. Try taking a lot of vitamin c and magnesium both of which too high of doses end in diarrhea.
-
yes I think they are essential when taking higher amounts of d3. How much do you take a day?

fenugreek is probably estrogenic if it's used for creating more breast milk and bigger breasts so I'd say men should use caution.

I'm liking French Vanilla coffee from Aldi's. It has a nice flavor even when really watered down.

Thanks! I'm taking boron again since it's good for the parathyroid and I feel better taking it. I also was getting a slight pain in my throat so I took some kelp pills for the iodine to keep the thyroid in check.

heh That stinks that the bars you liked changed. Companies are always trying to save money and a lot of times ruin stuff.
-
the meats still have the protein.

I don't really use any sweeteners much. After going on the carnivore diet, sour cream and cream cheese seem sweet to me. I'm happy eating a lb. of pork sausage, bacon, or kielbasa in the morning with eggs and that's about all I eat in a day. If you crave sweets you probably are lacking some nutrients somewhere. Try…

I don't worry about testing Vitamin D. I take 5,000 - 10,000 IU every few days or every day if I remember and I think that's going to keep it in the normal to high normal range.

yes, fats are necessary to absorb k2 so I try to eat something with it. All the foods have some fat that I'm currently eating(carnivore). Most vegetable oils are toxic to the body. Coconut oil is the best one if you have to have any. I'd rather choose butter, beef, and pork fat.

The masses can always be wrong. Here in Wisconsin U.S.A. beer is practically worshipped but is also highly estrogenic with hops being a main ingredient. I guess it doesn't hurt testosterone that much in moderation.
-
You could eat 3 eggs 3 times a day or 1/2 pound of ground beef 3 times a day.

We can also argue cholesterol and whether elevated LDL matters but it probably won’t change anyone’s mind. I don’t even get my cholesterol checked because I don’t think it matters too much besides high triglycerides and that’s from high carbs usually. As for supplements, I take magnesium, potassium, and sometimes a little…

How about crab and cream cheese and forget the fried shell?
-
There’s always beef jerky and meat sticks and pepperoni for a quick protein boost.
-
Supplementing is good but who knows how much is absorbable. Obviously it’s better to get it from the real foods. I do both.
-
C I believe saturated fats are the healthiest for the body, I know that’s controversial. Studies by Ancel Keys used cherry picked data to demonize saturated fats and I think his philosophies have carried on. There are many studies saying eggs are bad because of the saturated fat content when I know that eggs are almost a…

It's true that a lot of fat is a lot of calories and it's good to focus on meats and eggs rather than dairy but I disagree that cream and butter aren't good for your health. They are good fats and are rich in vitamin A and some vitamin K2. It's best to be fully fat adapted before you eat a lot of dairy fats.
-
I believe beans aren't really necessary and have some anti-nutrients even when cooked not to say I won't eat them again someday. Most of them have a lot of folate and have a nice profile on a nutritional database.

If you want high K2, pepperoni is the highest in it according to the USDA database. https://tools.myfooddata.com/nutrient-ranking-tool/Menaquinone-4/All/Highest/Household/Common-SR/No
