Vitamin K2
Does anyone supplement with vitamin K2? If so, how much? I'm currently taking about 200 mcg a day with my vitamins D3 and E mixed complex.

Coffee and Tea! What kind of coffee and tea are your favorites?
I love highland grogg coffee from berres brothers. I bought some pumpkin spice and hazelnut from Aldi's that are good. When I workout I want some strong coffee so I bought medium roast from Aldi's as well. For Tea, I love Stash peach black tea, chai teas, and wild raspberry hibiscus. What do you all drink?

High Blood Pressure
Does anyone have advice on controlling high blood pressure without medications? I’m trying to take a lot of minerals and it seems to be helping. I take potassium chloride and real salt mixed in water every day. I take magnesium pills every day as well. I’m still on meds but want to get off of them.

What’s your favorite steak or part of beef?
I’m really liking ribeye and ny strip steaks but I enjoy round steak too as long as I can tear it up with my hands and teeth. I’ve had some super tough ones. I like ribs and chuck roast for the crockpot.

Too Much Coffee?
I’ve been drinking 12 cups of coffee a day and would like more. Is there any research or information that too much coffee is bad for you? I feel great having that much. I do add salt, potassium chloride, and mineral drops to it to keep me hydrated.

High Iron from Red Meat
I have read that eating too much red meat is bad because it is full of iron and too much can cause heart disease. I was just wondering if there are any studies that either confirm or deny that it is true. I also wouldn't mind eating more steaks.

Pork sausage every day
Has anyone on here eaten pork sausage every day on a low carb diet? I've been going really low carbs some days but I worry that eating 7 oz of pork sausage every day will cause heart disease? I thought this was possibly a myth but I worry because they say John Candy died of a heart attack eating 1 lb of bacon every day?

Does anyone use magnesium oil for deodorant?
It says on the bottle it can be used as a deodorant. I tried some today but not sure how well it works yet. According to certain websites it's one of the best ways to get magnesium other than diet.
