I got fat on a pizza and as many chocolate bars I can eat diet. I still eat raw chocolate. I just had homemade chocolate almond milk. Coffee is alright I just don't really need it .

I'd rather have an elk or bison steak than beef. I'm not a fan of oats, the seed grains I listed taste better to me. I can't afford most of the seafood. But I'll take a dozen of those cookies if I can get healthy. also no bacon because the high quality stuff is too expensive and I'm trying to eat a mostly raw diet.

I'm not gluten intolerant, I just don't eat many grains and no bread. Shellfish is expensive so I didn't list it. I was eating shrimp but it was all farmed vs wild.

Good choices, I could eat 5 lbs of each but that wouldn't help my medical condition. Lobster is all right but I'd like lots of butter with it . I would also like pizza, cheeseburgers and fried tomato basil tortillas while I'm at it .

I'm trying to eat as much raw as I can. I make a lot of vegetable and fruit smoothies. I currently eat a whole watermelon a day. I eat raw unsalted nuts and seeds like almonds, flax and sesame seeds all the time. I still eat a fair amount of tuna and sardines and the occasional chicken so I'm probably around 70% raw. Hands…

Hemp seeds are great! Too bad they are sort of expensive. The best source of iron is probably liver. I would recommend bison liver not beef or pork. Pumpkin seeds are high in iron and are very tasty.

I thought the worst thing for triglycerides was a diet high in fats? Fats that don't breakdown easily so they stay in the blood. And a diet low in lipase?

I wasn't talking about just deodorants or antiperspirants I was talking about many of the ingredients in household products. Most of them there is little to no evidence linking them to cancer in studies funded by the industries that use the product but there is also little to no evidence they are completely safe.

From what I read and heard, Ketosis makes the body acidic and you may lose bone density since the body uses minerals from bone to alkalize it. Why not try mostly fruits and vegetables if they normally eat mostly carbs? unless they are diabetic. I suppose fats are cheaper than fruits and vegetables.

I wouldn't trust the FDA. They wouldn't ban something that is cheap and used by many industries unless it outright causes cancer short term. There are a lot of products that are suspect. I say why take a risk with your life until they find out that it actually causes cancer in the long term.
