hello all:) im doing 1200 as well but usually over due to exersice:) ive been drinking green smoothies everyday that helps get in a lot of veggies and usually tastes fabulous:) feel free to browse my diary, and everyone feel free to add me, im on my seventh day and would love support and advice:)

well right now im a stay at home mom, and student two days a week, we try to stay active but there is only so much you can do with a three year old:) so my main source of excersice is zumba and cleaning:) haha ps a coulple ppl mentioned ' without seeing your diary' is there a way i can make that available?

does anybody have an idea how many calories an hour long zumba session would burn?

thanks everybody so much!! i think i just got a little obssessed with the guidllines since im clueless! and whenever i try to put in eggs and avacados, there isnt much room for protien or fat at dinner.... am I following it too seriously?

i added it. and after googling .... i avereged 600/60 minutes although some sites said it could be up to 1200

1200 calories before excersice, Im not exactly sure how much im burning with zumba, so i averaged it with 600/ hr. No matter the excersice im keeping the calories at 1200. Should i be increasing my protein intake?? im usually over that even with earned cals.
