I had a few shockers like this and now my husband and I are obsessed with tracking. We will actually stand outside a restaurant with our phones out trying to figure out if there is anything there we can eat. It's kind of sad actually. People probably think we're nuts.

Hello lovely ladies, I'm 5'6" (although my husband swears I'm 5'5") Today's weight is 142. I started at 165. My goal weight might be 135 but I've shrunk a few sizes in the last few months without losing any weight so I'm trying to focus less on the number and more on the tighter behind. I love to workout. Videos,…

Hello ladies! I've been on here a few months and could use some friends with similar goals too. Age 36 SW 165 CW 144 (ugh it was 141 two weeks ago) GW 135 (so close and yet so far away) I'm married with a 7 year old son and I work full time. I'm an American but live in the UK. My weight has been up and down and up and…

That's hilarious! I can't say I blame you one bit...not for being freaded out or for the punch. He's lucky it was just his arm.

All whole food plants have protein. In fact, calorie for calorie, romaine (cos) lettuce has more protein than steak.

I read it and enjoyed it. The pushy style and profanity are just another approach to appeal to people that don't like the soft, lovey-dovey vegan propaganda. I didn't find that shocking as much as uncreative. I think they depend way too much on over-processed vegan replacement foods which are unhealthy in their own way…

I'm 5'6" and weighed 140.8 this morning. I've been bouncing between 138 and 144 since March. I have been working out a lot and even though my weight has kind of stalled here my clothing sizes have gone down and things feel a lot firmer. I'm trying to focus on that more than the number on the scale, but I'm finding it…

Hooray for the update. Thanks for that. I don't want to start over.

I'm up to mission 19 and there still isn't anything new to do with the base. I was kind of hoping that supplies would get used up and we would need to replenish them, but it seems like Level 4 is as high as they go for now. It would also be cool if we could expand the base because there are outer buildings that could be…

I love them shredded and mixed with a bit of pesto. A little sauce goes a long way so the calories don't have to be high. Sometimes I make a big batch using the shredder on my food processor. It's always a hit at barbecues. Last time someone started scooping it up in those little bowl shaped tortilla chips.

The supply missions are separate and I would consider them supplementary (but still fun). They don't seem to advance the story line so it's ok to do them in any order that they pop up. The supply missions that are not available tend to revisit locations (or supply needs) that happen in the story missions.

Good morning Runner 5! I'll send you an invite right away. I'm an American girl living in North Yorkshire. It looks like you're a bit south of us. Is the sun out down there? I'm not a full time veggie, but have been, vegan too...raw vegan for a while as well so my diary tends that way sometimes.

If the workout is super intense it's probably muscle fatigue. That isn't a bad thing. It just means you've rocked it.

145.6 today. Boy am I beat.

You are the greatest!

A Voice in the Dark has been my favorite so far. I actually got chills.

I'm up in Northern England so it's really foggy when I run around 5 a.m. We live right next to a graveyard (seriously!) and it freaks me out. We've had a really wet July so I've had to settle for a lot of treadmill runs. It just isn't the same.
-
I agree! I'm trying to pace myself and not use it for every run, but then I find myself wanting to run just to get a new mission. Too funny. I love it.

I didn't buy a bar. I just use my hand weights and it works just fine. Make sure you use a sturdy chair. Yep, my *kitten* was stuck in the grass. She does some floor exercises and just when you're wiped out it's time to stand up. My legs were like, "seriously?" Ha ha. I did the upper body today and thought it was a bit…

Just finished my second go at level three lower body. I'm not going to lie - it's a killer, but I did wear shorts to workout today (that's big for me, even alone in my own home) and was amazed to see the muscles in my legs. That was all the encouragement I needed to complete the workout. Hooray for progress!

Two devices can be linked to the same account, but I'm afraid you can't have two of the same app on a single device. It might be possible to log out of the app with one account and log in with another though. Check in with the support page if that doesn't work. http://www.zombiesrungame.com/support/

There are also protein powder supplements made from hemp or pea protein - both are great in smoothies. Most whole plant foods do contain protein and might not be entered correctly in the database.

Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch.

Holy smokes! This one's a killer. My heart rate stayed really high and I'm really toasty.

Awesome results. What's next?

Getting any better Squible?

I feel more sore if I don't get moving again so I see your point. It seems like the only way to keep from getting stiff. I work full time and have a seven year old which is why most of my workouts start at 5:00 a.m. I know it sounds crazy, but I get to have the entire rest of the day without the feeling that I still need…

Mesquite chicken...yum!

I debated doing the same thing but was wondering if there needs to be a certain amount of time off between them to repair. I'm impressed with how many things you've got going on.
