She really cracks me up. I'm on the second week of level two and it does get better, but I'm still feeling the burn.

Yesterday's run used my typical "adrenalin" list: Rise Above - Chuck D. & Henry Rollins (Black Flag tribute) Bodies - Drowning Pool Blind - Korn Bombshell - Powerman 5000 Bulls on Parade - Rage Against the Machine Soul Crusher - White Zombie Powertrip - Monster Magnet When Worlds Collide - Powerman 5000 Down With the…

I'm normally a hard rock chic, but my husband and I are big fans of the tv show Supernatural and he's built a "guitar rock" list based on music played on the show (yep, I'm a dork). It's pretty much perfect for the zombie run. I ran about 70 minutes today and here's what I listened to: Midnight Rider - The Allman Brothers…

This was happening to me for a while - always on the right side. I researched a lot and I'm not sure if this is what ended up helping or not, but it's worth a try. Focus on exhaling when your left foot strikes. If you exhale on the right there isn't enough cushion during impact and the liver and gallbladder get jolted. I…

That's amazing! You've worked really hard. I might have to get out the camera too.

I finally checked out the website based on your comment. I love it! You need to go to the setting area on your app and log in to the account you set up online. Then scroll down to the bottom and hit "Synchronise with ZombieLink now". That should upload your run to the account and you can view the map. It also loads all the…

If you go to settings on the app (mine is on the iPhone) you can set mission length to "About 30 minutes" or "About 1 hour". The mission story is the same. I've heard that the main difference is the story chimes in every 2nd song instead of between each song. You can also continue running when the mission is over and just…

Please add me to the group. I'm having so much fun with the zombies. Yes, it's stressing me out too. They seem to get faster every level and by the 8th mission I feel like they're just too close to catching me. They just released an update with the rest of the story. I have to admit, I'm rationing myself to one zombie run…

Thanks! I just looked up jog.fm and it looks really fun. I'll give it a spin tomorrow.

I think someone already posted this one: "Your body keeps an accurate journal regardless of what you write down." Love it! And my new favorite: "I would rather be sore tomorrow than sorry tomorrow." By the way - this is a great thread!

First day of week two this morning...ouch! I'm already sore. Tomorrow is going to hurt. Those squat jumps!

For 30 Day Shred I logged 25 minutes of circuit training.

Ha ha...that's actually really funny. I think some people look at more of a weekly calorie range than daily totals so there's some logic to it. I saw a quote the other day that fits this well: "Your body keeps an accurate record of diet and exercise regardless of what you log."

I add one once of crumbled walnuts, about a cup of mixed sprouts (lentil, garbanzo, etc.), lemon juice, sea salt, and a package of stevia. I find that if I have a good combo of fat, sweet, acid/sour, and salty in the mix I don't crave much afterwards. I love a big salad with any fruit or veg makes it home that week…

Good questions. I just ordered the book because so many people on here love it. Sounds like I need to start shopping for a gym.

Oh I wish I looked like Courtney Cox. Thank you! @Symphonic. You look like Clara Bow in your profile pic. I think she was a movie star and pin up in the 20's.

@Dark looks like Tawny Kaitaen back when she was a rock video chick.

bump - thank you!

Hey Brendan, I'm glad you asked this. I saw them for the first time yesterday and was wondering the same thing. I was also wondering if you have to wear them all day? I can't have it at work so if missing 8-9 hours of data makes it useless I would have to pass on it. Thanks!

Minnie Driver - beautiful

Morning for sure. I need to get moving before my brain knows what's going on. That gives me a sense of accomplishment and doesn't leave it hanging over me all day. It's just too easy for me to make excuses if I wait. Sometimes I feel good enough because of the workout that I might throw in some extra activity later just…

10 Great expression on you face.

I feel the same. The lady at our coffee cart keeps telling me I need to buy smaller trousers and her daughter calls me tiny, but I'm still a big chicken hiding in my fat clothes.

I totally covet her shoulders. I just did the first day of phase 3 on 30 day shred and she really is fierce.

10 Beautiful Lady!
